Dishcloth Complete!

A while ago, I was contemplating knitting or crocheting. I decided to knit a dishcloth using this pattern. I decided to start with this project because even an ugly cloth will clean my dishes!

I kinda forgot about needing to finish this project, until my husband got on the kick of seeing what TSA will allow on airplanes. I didn't think that knitting needles were allowed, but he found out that they are. Along with screw drivers under seven inches. And flare guns, but no flares. Don't get him started because he will keep going!

I decided I needed to finish this dishcloth before I felt compelled to take knitting needles on the plane!

Here is the completed project! Not perfect, but it will clean my dishes.

Now, I want to knit something else. I would love to hear some ideas that you might have or some free patterns that you have stumbled across. Leave a comment below with your suggestion!

  2. Your dish cloth will certainly do its job well. I had a friend who knitted squares and some how sewed them into a bedroom slipper. I am not sure how she did it. Thanks for sharing on "Tell me a Story."
