I do occasionally like a good business book, so I decided to check out The Navy SEAL Art of War: Leadership Lessons from the World's Most Elite Fighting Force. I made it through the first chapter and was disappointed by the cussing that was in the book. I am sure the principles in the book are good, but for right now, I decided not to spend my time actively filling my mind with cussing.Thanks to Blogging for Books for a copy of The Navy SEAL Art of War: Leadership Lessons from the World's Most Elite Fighting Force

It's sad to hear about the cussing in the book. :( I think authors can get their points across without the use of those words. I would've stopped reading too!
ReplyDeleteI know I didn't like the cussing. But then another part of me says that he can express what he wants to in his book. That doesn't mean I have to read it. Don't want to lose the freedom of speech.:)
