Fire & Smoke: A Pitmaster's Secrets {Book Review}

Recently, we acquired a charcoal grill. My husband and I don't know a whole lot about grilling with charcoal, so when I was able to choose a new book to review I chose Fire and Smoke: A Pitmaster's Secrets.

Anyone out there have any tips for cooking with charcoal?

I would love if someone would come and cook me everything in this book! Any takers? There is everything in this book from drinks to appetizers to rubs and everything in between. Honestly, most of the recipes are a little beyond what I would normally try. But then again if it isn't a simple recipe, I usually shy away from making the food. I love all the pictures that are included in this book.

I also learned that there are lots of different ways to grill. If you are into different methods, then 

Fire and Smoke would be a great book for you.
