I feel like out house is finally coming together! Oh wait, there are two bedrooms that are lurking with the look of someone just moved. I do want to get the closets painted in there this week, so that those rooms look a little more like someone lives here!
Last week's goals:
Plan a menu and grocery shop. I has been about 3 weeks since I have really grocery shopped!Unpack kitchenList things to sell- now if the people interested would come and get them!- Finish patterns
Plan a clothing exchangeMake a cleaning schedule- Read the first 5 chapters of The Spiritual Danger of Doing Good- I read the first one.
This week's goals:
- Finish Patterns
- Clean out closets and drawers. Then host clothing exchange.
- Clean Floors
- Paint 2 closets
- Get up by 8 three times this week. Yes I am not a morning person, and I have gotten very bad about sleeping in!
- Blog two times.
- Read the next 5 chapters of my book.
Hope you all have a profitable and good week!
Great work getting your house together! That's tough stuff. I'd sleep in too. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! It is definitely a work in progress getting our house together...and getting out of bed!
DeleteI'm planning on mopping and vacuuming the whole house tomorrow and prepping a giant load of stuff for the donation store. Best of luck on your floors and I hope your clothing exchange is coming along well!
ReplyDeleteWell, I swept the floors today and my husband went through and mopped them! He is a blessing :) Good luck on your floors tomorrow!
DeleteI have to put "clean floors" on my to-do list every so often, or I won't do it! I really don't like doing that.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see the cleaning schedule you made last week! I'm working on making one this week. Here are my goals: http://theeconomicalhomemaker.com/goals-for-the-week-8513-8913/.
You want to know what is bad, I swept the floors then my husband took over mopping them for me. Maybe he didn't want me ruining them :)
DeleteI didn't end up making a cleaning schedule yet. I just printed off one that I found online. I thought that if I followed it for a while, then I could create my own based on what I liked on that one and what they left off that I want to do. Maybe when I get mine made, I will share the schedule!
Hopping over to see your goals.
