Cozy Up With Some Good Books

Becoming a Woman of Excellence 30th Anniversary Edition could not have come at a better time. As we lost our house to a fire, I didn't have a devotional to do. One of my friends sent me a devotional and I received one in the mail. Both were blessings. 

I have enjoyed going through this book. I love how Cynthia keeps bring you back to the Bible. In my mind, that make a great devotional book.

Food with Friends: The Art of Simple Gatherings is filled with great pictures and recipes. I definitely had a good time looking through this book. 

The idea of simple gatherings made me think that these recipes would be simple. Granted, they aren't super complex, but they are more complex than I would probably be game for making. I tend to truly be a simple girl though. 

If you are into making cute food for your guests, definitely check out this book.
