No More Perfect Marriages {Book Review}

No More Perfect Marriages was an interesting read. I thought the advice in this book was very practical and not something that you read in every marriage book. I loved Mark and Jill's honest willingness to share what they have learned from their marriage.

One of the lessons taught in this book is that some of us are external processors and some of us are internal processors. I definitely am an internal processor, and my husband is an external processor. I sometimes don't understand him. They talked in this book about how sometimes we may view the external processor as wishy washy. I had thought that recently, but it isn't the case just my husband's way of processing things. Definitely not mine! Neither is right or wrong, jut different.

Thanks to Moody for a copy of this book!

  1. This sounds like an interesting book, Lydia. Marriage is a lot of hard work and takes days, months, and years to get to a place where you're really on the same page with your spouse most of the time. Thanks for sharing this review! :)

    1. I am glad to hear that work will help to get you on the same page! Marriage is definitely hard work, but any relationship that is worthwhile is work!
