I enjoyed getting lost in Undaunted Hope. Historical romance when done well is something that I like. This book filled that need.
I like to imagine myself living in the olden days. This story took place in a coal mining town. The main characters revolve around the life in a lighthouse. When tough times come, character has to step up. Encouraging me to step up when things aren't the easiest.

The Pediatrician's Guide to Feeding Babies and Toddlers: Practical Answers To Your Questions on Nutrition, Starting Solids, Allergies, Picky Eating, and More (For Parents, By Parents) was a great read. I would have loved to have this book as a first time mom trying to figure out things. Yes, as a second time mom, I tend to not worry as much, even if I don't really remember what we did the first time,,,I know it hasn't been that long ago.
This book recommended taking away a pacifier at 6 months. I started a good debate on facebook by just presenting this idea! Something to consider.

Girl's Slimline Bible NLT is a fun Bible for a girl! I took the Bible to church with me on Sunday and my husband quickly handed it to me after Sunday school because it is very girly.
Even though this Bible is very girly, I love that the inside is still very much the Bible. There aren't cheesy things inside.
Thanks to Tyndale for a copy of this book for a copy of this Bible.
